Hello (Family Member), I pray that this letter finds your family prospering and in good health. The purpose of this letter is to touch base with you again about the Christmon Family Reunion 2008. The theme will be “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for family to dwell together in unity!” Okay, I know that the bible scholars are thinking that I stole this theme from Psalms 133-1 well I did. I only changed the word brethren to family. As you know, one of the most important ingredients to any relationship is communication. Therefore, the goals for the reunion will be as follows:
· Leverage technology to communication with as many family members as possible about the reunion
· Develop a family directory to encourage continued communication with family · Bring as many family members together for fellowship dinner I need everyone’s help to achieve these goals.
First, I need the phone numbers and email addresses for all family members. Please forward the information via email to ( blchristmon@sbcglobal.net ) or call (614) 939-1634. We would like to use this information to create a family directory. The tentative schedule for the family reunion is listed below:
